Frequently asked questions
Is background removal performed in my browser?
No. ZeeSharp securely uploads the selected image to its own AI endpoint. Temporary input and output files are deleted by the endpoint after processing.
Why did the AI remove part of my subject?
Fine hair, fur, glass, smoke, shadows and low-contrast edges are challenging. Try a sharper, higher-contrast source image.
Which output should I choose?
Use PNG for maximum transparency compatibility, WebP for smaller modern assets, or JPEG when you have selected a solid background.
What are the limits?
The endpoint allows up to 20 removals per IP address per hour. File limits are 10 MB for free users and up to 20 MB for premium users.
