No. Auto-renew, grace, redemption, pending-delete, auction, and registry-specific periods may occur before a domain can be registered again.
Why can a valid domain return no data?
Some country-code or specialized registries have incomplete public RDAP support, restrict access, rate-limit requests, or expose different fields.
