Design Tips for Effective Posters

Hierarchy matters — use one dominant headline in a large, bold font. Support it with a smaller subheading and body text. Keep the visual weight intentional.
Limit your colours — two or three colours keep a design clean. Use the background gradient and text colours from the same palette for cohesion.
Use contrast — dark text on a light background, or white text on a dark or vivid background. The shadow toggle on text layers adds legibility on busy backgrounds.
